About

Generation Global was founded in September 2019 by Jack Renteria. Holding a Masters Degree in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics, and an Economics Degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada, he has lived across the Nordics for the past 30 years.

Experience

Jack’s career spans from the private sector where he was Group Marketing Manager with L’Oréal’s luxury products division, working in both Norway and Canada; and then includes the public sector working as Senior Trade Advisor at the Danish Trade Commission in Toronto, Canada.  Jack was a first mover in promoting the Danish fashion and architecture sectors. 

Most recently, he held the position of Partner and Director of Business Development & Communications at leading Danish Architecture firm, 3XN in Copenhagen, Denmark.  During those nearly 11 years at 3XN, Jack worked extensively in several international markets throughout Europe, Canada, USA, the Middle East, Russia, Hong Kong, China, India, Australia and others.  

Jack Renteria devotes time each year to further his professional knowledge taking courses such as ‘Negotiation and Decision Making’ at the London School of Economics, Cultural IQ with the Living Institute in Copenhagen, or attending major conferences worldwide.  He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a regular contributor at MIPIM over the past 11 years, and a member of the Danish Estate Media Network.

Holding a Masters Degree in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics, and an Economics Degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada, he has lived across the Nordics over the past 30 years.
